ADSkyscraper is a digital advertising platform. You can purchase a fixed-price ad (currently €5) that includes a guaranteed number of impressions (currently 1000) in a fair rotation on the main skyscraper page. Ads are displayed in a rotating system so that each ad gets similar visibility until it reaches its impression limit.
In exchange for the price paid, you receive one advertising slot. Your ad (image, title, and link) is displayed on the ADSkyscraper website alongside other ads. The site shows a limited number of ads at a time and rotates between them so that each ad has a comparable chance to be seen. Each ad is guaranteed a minimum number of impressions (currently 1000); once that limit is reached, the ad is removed from the rotation. The amount is reserved at checkout and charged only after we approve your ad. After approval, an invoice is sent to the email address you provided at checkout, where applicable.
Prices are in EUR. The price per ad is fixed (currently €5) and does not automatically increase or decrease based on demand. If we change the price in the future, the new price will apply only to new orders. The price shown at the time of purchase applies to your order.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to use this service. You must have rights to all content you submit and are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your ad content.
Payment is via Stripe only (card). Prices are in EUR. At checkout the amount is reserved (authorized) on your card but not charged. All advertisements are reviewed by an administrator before they are published. Your ad is submitted for this review. Only approved ads are displayed and charged; the reserved amount is then captured. If the administrator rejects your ad, the reservation is released and no amount is charged.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad that violates these rules. If we reject your ad for prohibited content, the reservation is released and no charge is made. Approved ads that are later found to violate these rules may be removed without refund.
If your ad is rejected by the administrator, the reserved amount is released and no charge is made. No refunds for approved ads or for content that is later removed due to policy violation.
We provide the service “as is”. We are not liable for user-generated content or indirect damages.
If you are a consumer, you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of the contract. By placing an order and accepting that your ad may go live after approval, you agree that we may begin performing the service (displaying your ad) once it is approved. Once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply. If your ad is rejected, the reserved amount is released as stated in section 6.
